How to use

A 2 oz pouch of loose leaf tea can yield approximately 20–45 servings, depending on the size of the leaves and how much tea is used per serving. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per every 8 oz of water and can adjust based on your taste preferences. Re-steep if you want to get the most out of the herbs. Drink 2-4 cups of this tea everyday. Perfect temperature: 212F.
