Yes. Every herb we blend comes from farms with organic certification in the United States. No preservatives, no artificial flavors and no added sweeteners — the sweetness you taste comes from the herbs and the dried fruit themselves.

No. All four blends are herbal infusions: there is no black, green or white tea leaf in any of them. They are naturally caffeine free, so an evening cup will not keep you up.

• Pure Digest — organic chamomile, peppermint, fennel, marshmallow root, ginger root and dried fruit pieces. Minty and refreshing.
• Restorative — organic calendula, goldenrod, elderberry, nettle, reishi and honeybush. Warm, herbal and naturally sweet.
• Mindful Tea — organic lemongrass, nettle, elderberries, rose hips, hibiscus and dried fruit pieces. Gentle and grounding.
• Serenity Tea — organic lavender, peppermint, jasmine flowers, rose petals, licorice root and dried apple. Floral with a minty finish.

Both, yes. Everything we blend is plant based, nothing is tested on animals, and our pouches are resealable so the tea keeps its aroma between cups.

Our teas are food, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and they have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you notice any irritation, stop drinking and write to us.

Each 2 oz pouch is loose leaf, so it goes further than you would expect — roughly 20 to 45 cups, depending on how strong you like it.

Please do. A second steep pulls out what the first one left behind, and it is part of getting the most from the herbs.

Two to four cups is a comfortable daily rhythm for our blends.

Yes. Brew it a little stronger than usual, let it cool, then pour it over ice. Serenity and Mindful Tea are especially good this way.

Keep it in its resealable pouch, somewhere cool and dark, away from heat, sunlight and moisture. Loose leaf holds its aroma and potency much longer when it is not sitting next to the stove.

Not at all. An infuser basket, a French press, or simply steeping the leaves loose and straining them into your cup all work.

Yes, by appointment. After you place your order, email info@mindfoodnesstea.com or call (954) 471-5376 and we will confirm a time with you.

We coordinate each pickup individually. Once your time is confirmed we send you the exact address and the window to come by, so you are never guessing.

Within two hours of purchase, yes. Email info@mindfoodnesstea.com with the subject line Order Cancellation – Your Order Number. After that window your order may already be in production, and once it has shipped we cannot cancel it.

We do not. Because tea is a consumable, all sales are final, opened or unopened. It is how we guarantee that every pouch leaving here is fresh and untouched. You can read the full Refund Policy any time.

Write to us within 7 days of delivery at info@mindfoodnesstea.com with your order number, a photo of the product and its packaging, and a short description of what happened. Once we review it we send a replacement at no cost or issue store credit.

We are not able to take responsibility for packages marked delivered by the carrier, packages that are stolen, or orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. Open a claim with USPS or UPS and we will hand you every piece of information the claim needs.

A refund is issued when the carrier confirms your package was never delivered, when your order was cancelled inside the allowed window, or when a damaged product cannot be replaced. It goes back to your original payment method and usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
