Our Rooibos Chai is a hug in a mug. Rooibos and honeybush meet warming cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and anise, with a touch of licorice root for natural sweetness. It tastes like a classic chai tea, without the black tea, so you can enjoy it morning or night.
We created it because fall is our favorite season, and we wanted that feeling all year long, even in Florida.
What’s inside
Organic rooibos, honeybush, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, anise and licorice root. 100% caffeine-free, with no added sugar or flavorings.
How to brew
- Classic: 1 tsp per 8 oz water at 212°F, steep 5-7 minutes.
- Chai latte: steep 2 tsp in 4 oz hot water for 7 minutes, strain, then add 4 oz steamed milk and honey.
- Iced chai: brew double strength and pour over ice.

Is Rooibos Chai the same as regular chai?
It has the same warm spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and anise) but uses rooibos and honeybush instead of black tea, so it’s naturally sweet and completely caffeine-free.
Can I make a chai latte with it?
Yes. Steep 2 teaspoons in 4 oz of hot water for 7 minutes, strain, then add 4 oz of steamed milk (dairy or oat) and honey to taste.
How many cups does a 2 oz pouch of Rooibos Chai make?
About 20-45 cups, depending on how strong you like it. We recommend about 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 oz of water.
